With over 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, Rowena turned her sights to assisting business owners to create successful concepts and maximise their profitability. For the past 7 years, Rowena has been consulting to the Property , Club and Education industry, creating innovative dining & retail food precincts that not only celebrate the customer experience but ensure a maximum ROI for asset owners.
